Can you present your journey in a few lines?
With a professional background in technology and nearly 30 years of experience, I have developed most of my professional career in the world of banking.
I began my career with responsibilities in the technology area.
For the last 15 years, I have been dedicated to business transformation, from portfolio management and Agile adoption to promoting the Agile mindset.
I was also previously an associate professor for a master's degree in Portfolio Management at the Universidad Europea of Madrid.
What are your current missions?
I currently have two responsibilities with one of our clients. On the one hand, I am responsible for supporting the client’s project to create and implement their Trade Finance Academy. I help them set the objectives and governance model, ensure team upskilling and coordinate the activity of stakeholders by informing and involving them in all the stages of the project.
On the other hand, I also act as a Project Manager. I am responsible for the transformation management and implementation, steering the project and monitoring the progress of the different streams. My job is to ensure consistency between processes and objectives and adjust as necessary.
My role as an Engagement Manager is to provide overall support to both the client and the Talan execution team. This can entail all kinds of actions, but the underlying objective is to build and develop a positive environment, focusing on the excellence of the service provided and the well-being of the team.
Acting as a Servant Leader, a leadership philosophy in which the goal of the leader is to serve, I put the needs of the team first, sharing power and helping people develop and perform as highly as possible. The leader exists to help the team.

At Talan, what is your playfield?
Within the Business Transformation Line (BTL), my mission is to empower organizations to adapt in an Agile and effective manner to market demands, obtain competitive advantages and generate value in complex and constantly changing contexts.
What has been your most memorable moment at Talan?
In June 2021 when we received from one of our main clients an NPS (Net Promoter Score) of 100. It’s the maximum score possible, and we achieved this at our very first service review with this new client. A real moment of pride for the whole team!

I love working with people who give everything they have, learning from them daily and being able to share with them what I know and contribute to their growth.
